  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    At Zenith Fit, we understand that maintaining your progress is just as important as achieving your initial goals. For this reason, we offer ongoing subscription options to ensure you continue to build on your success. Here’s how it works:


    If you choose a block program (such as the 90-Day Transformation or 8-Week Fat Loss Plan), your subscription will begin after the initial program has elapsed. This ensures a seamless continuation of your fitness journey without any interruptions.


    You can choose to subscribe to either a monthly or annual plan, depending on your preferences and long-term goals.

    These subscription plans include continuously updated workouts and meal plans tailored specifically to you, along with ongoing support from myself and my team to keep you on track.


    Subscription-Based Programs from the Start

    For clients who choose to begin with a subscription-based program from the outset, there is a minimum initial commitment of 3 months. This ensures we have adequate time to deliver meaningful results and establish a strong foundation for your fitness journey.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.

  • Refunds and returns.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription, you must send an email to us with at least 1 month's notice before your next billing date. This ensures your cancellation is processed smoothly and no further charges are applied after the notice period.


    Please note that once your cancellation is finalised, all plans, coaching support, and access to resources will be removed from your account at the end of the notice period.


    Additionally, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all programmes. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After this period, the full programme payment is required as per the agreed terms.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for a beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
